My family, all together for Father's Day 2018

Susan and I were in Alturas, CA for the Father's Day weekend this year on a squirrel shooting trip. My daughter Brooke called Saturday and expressed an interest in getting with us for Father's Day. My family does not have a history of getting together often. My kids are busy living their lives as are Susan and I. I tend not to plan on getting together, but I am committed to accommodate my kids when they do want to get with us. My son, Blair also called Saturday night and wanted to get with us. We arranged a get-together at our house for Sunday afternoon. We hustled back from Alturas Sunday morning and thawed some wonderful pulled pork BBQ that I had prepared the weekend before. Brooke brought buns and Blair brought snacks and a side dish.

Both my kids, Blair's wife Mariah, and two of my 3 grandkids, Tommy and Hunter came over and we had a great dinner and fellowship. My other grandson, Gage was with his Dad for the weekend and could not attend. We were having so much fun, we forgot to take any pictures..... My Bad!
