Wayne Addison gets a new Texas Stick Burner BBQ.

My friend Wayne Addison moved to Idaho a year or so ago. We recently had a chance to catch up on the phone. One of our topics was barbecue. It seems Wayne has caught the bug and bought a Texas Stick Burner. We will be doing more discussions but I though I would get started and show some pictures. It looks like the firebox is on the end of the round section. The heat and smoke then pass through the round section and pass into the vertical cabinet and exit out the stack on the top of the cabinet. I really like the setup. Nice table and ample area for the supplies and splits. Not sure what the white tank is for....... He better figure out a way to put that baby on a trailer so he can head out and do some q'in at competitions and festivals.
